Terms & Conditions

Driver & Documents
• Drivers must be 21–75 years old and hold a valid license for at least 3 years.
• A valid passport or ID is required at pickup.
• Drivers aged 21–25 or 71–75 pay a €10/day surcharge and have higher insurance excess.

Booking & Payments
• Vehicles are booked by category, not model.
• A booking confirmation is sent within 24 hours.
• Payment can be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard, or Amex (card must be in the driver’s name).
• A deposit hold is placed on your card and released when the car is returned in good condition (may take up to 30
days by your bank).
• Prepaid bookings: Cancel 3+ days before pickup – full refund; Cancel within 3 days – 50% refund; Cancel within
24 hours – no refund.

What’s Included
• VAT & unlimited mileage (up to 30 days).
• Road maps.
• Replacement vehicle in case of mechanical breakdown.
• Basic insurance (CDW) with excess

What’s Not Included
• Fuel (car must be returned with the same fuel level).
• Delivery/collection services.
• Traffic fines, tolls, parking fees + admin costs.
• Smoking or eating inside cars (€150 fine).
• Optional extras: Baby seat – €5/day, Additional driver – €5/day, GPS – €5/day, Out-of-hours service – €20.

Restrictions
• No cross-border rentals – €500 penalty.
• Cars cannot enter the Turkish-occupied area (insurance not valid).
• No off-road driving – €500 penalty.
• Only drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive.

Returns
• Return at the agreed time/place to avoid extra day charges.
• Late returns = one full extra rental day

Accidents & Damages
• Report issues to AZ Rentals Ltd immediately – do not attempt repairs yourself.
• Only authorized staff can handle breakdowns or tire replacements.
• If you cause an accident, the rental may be terminated with no refund.

Pets
• Small pets are welcome in our vehicles at no extra charge, provided they are transported in secure pet carriers.
• The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused by pets.
• Vehicles must be returned clean, without pet hair, stains, or odors.
• If special cleaning is required due to pet-related issues, a €100 cleaning fee will apply and be deducted from the
security deposit
